Quality Director: End-to-End Quality & NPI Leader

Job summary

BotX Innovation is seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead the end-to-end quality function, shaping quality strategy and standards across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and customers. You will build a high-performing team and drive quality excellence from NPI through mass production.

The role requires deep knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (preferred), and quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant quality experience with leadership in quality systems.
• Experience in automotive/electronics/semiconductor/precision manufacturing; Tier 1/OEM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools; IATF 16949 preferred.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the QMS; oversee audits and certifications.
• Oversee project quality management from planning to pre-production validation.
• Manage supply chain quality via supplier assessments and corrective actions.
• Oversee manufacturing quality, process controls and yield improvements.
• Lead customer quality management and drive root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Build and develop the Quality team and establish key quality metrics.
