Job summary

FUJIFILM ELECTRONIC MATERIALS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on QA professional to manage end-to-end quality activities for internal and external stakeholders in Singapore.

You will drive customer quality communication, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to promote improvements, and own the voice of the customer on product and process quality systems. Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Quality, Chemical, Manufacturing).
• Experience in Manufacturing/Supplier management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA activities to support internal (supply chain) and external (supplier/customer) stakeholders.
• Drive Customer Quality Communication and Satisfaction with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proactively develop plans with Suppliers and Internal Teams to promote quality, operations, process and product improvements.
• Own the voice of the customer regarding Product, Process and Quality systems and drive improvement projects.
• Manage Suppliers and Internal Teams to follow up on Quality-related Change Notifications to customers.
• Respond to Customer Issues Regarding Product Quality and Quality Systems.
• Investigate and resolve product and non-product feedback to ensure accountability of quality reports.
• Prepare corrective action reports and follow up to meet objectives.
• Participate in customer site visits and audits.
• Review customer specifications for consistency with information from internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare data analysis and trend reviews with external and internal stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance gate for Material release and for blocking/releasing materials on functional activities.
• Participate in Block/Stock meetings and provide disposition on material under NCMR.
• Update and manage the status of Non-Conformance Management Review for closure.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Manage QA activities to support both internal (supply chain) & external (supplier/customer) stakeholders

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Quality Communication and Satisfaction

1. Proactively develop plans with Suppliers and Internal Teams to promote Quality, Operations, Process and product improvements for customers.
2. Derive and own the voice of the customer regarding Product, Process, and Quality systems and drive improvement projects within the company / Supplier.
3. Manage Suppliers and Internal Teams to follow up Quality-related Process/ Product Change Notification to customers.

• Respond to Customer Issues Regarding Product Quality and Quality Systems

1. Participate in investigation and resolution of product and non-product feedback from customers, to ensure accountability towards quality report management.
2. Prepare, follow up, and update corrective action reports to meet the objective of customer feedback.
3. Participate in customer site visits and customer on-site audits.
4. Assist in reviewing customer specifications to ensure consistency with information provided by internal and external stakeholders.
5. Prepare data analysis and trend reviews with both external (Customer and Supplier) and internal stakeholder, when required.

• Quality Assurance - Product Release

1. Quality Assurance gate for Material (Traded & Production) routine release with our enterprise system.
2. Quality Assurance gate for Releasing/blocking of materials on functional activities like Non-Conformance Management and Inventory transfer.

• Non-Conformance Material Review (NCMR) Management

1. Participate in Block/Stock meeting on behalf of the Quality Assurance Department.
2. Provide disposition direction on material under NCMR.
3. Periodically update and manage the status of Non-Conformance Management Review, for closure.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Minimum Educational (Formal Training, Languages, Abilities) and Experience Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering related discipline (Quality, Chemical, Manufacturing)
• Experience in Manufacturing/Supplier management is preferred.
• Fresh graduate with strong interest & good attitude is also strongly encouraged to apply
• Salary and position will be commensurate with experiences.

Other Requirements

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin due to demographics of supplier/customer.
