Job summary

ALL LINK MEDICAL & HEALTH PRODUCTS PTE LTD is seeking a Quality Controller to help maintain the QMS and ensure GMP compliance across manufacturing. The role involves releasing products, handling deviations, and supporting audits and CAPA processes.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in related studies, have 2+ years in pharmaceutical/health supplements manufacturing, and be comfortable in a Chinese-speaking environment and clean room settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in chemistry, food science or related fields.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/health supplements manufacturing.
• Good GMP knowledge and hygiene practices.
• 5-day work week with ability to work in clean rooms.
• Comfortable in a Chinese-speaking environment.
• Local residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the QMS.
• Ensure GMP, SOPs and quality standards are met.
• Receive, approve and release starting, packaging, intermediate, bulk and finished products.
• Handle label reconciliation, sample retention and equipment calibration.
• Conduct incoming, in-process and finished product inspections.
• Review production and quality records for accuracy.
• Assist with deviations, non-conformances, CAPA and customer complaints.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and records.
• Issue and close BMRs, monitor CAPAs and follow up actions.
• Support new initiatives to improve product quality and processes.

Quality Controller

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with GMP, SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Receive, approve and reject release of starting, packaging, intermediate, bulk and finished products
• In charge of label reconciliation, retention of samples & calibration of equipment
• Conduct incoming, in-process and finished product inspections
• Review & check production and quality records for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in handling deviations, non-conformances, CAPA and customer complaints
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Assist in investigation and root cause analysis of quality issues
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of QA / QC documentation and records
• Issue and close BMR.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Support new initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing processes

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in related studies (Chemistry, Food Science etc)
• At least 2 years of work experience in pharmaceutical/health supplements manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of GMP
• 5 days' work week
• Good hygiene habits
• Comfortable in Chinese speaking environment (to liaise with colleagues & associates)
• Comfortable in clean room environment
• Able to work well independently and in a team
• Local residents preferred.
