Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control QA QC professional for our Boon Lay site. The role involves inspecting, testing, and sampling materials and finished products to ensure defects are detected and corrected, with standard working hours Mon-Fri 8:30am to 6pm.

You will monitor production processes, maintain inspection records, input data into the quality database, and prepare NCR data documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Quality Control experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and sample materials, parts and finished products for defects.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify quality issues and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Reject or discard products and materials that do not meet specifications.
• Maintain records of inspections, defects and quality-related data.
• Ensure production procedures comply with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare inspection reports, logs and summaries of rework and waste.
• Input inspection data into the quality database.
• Conduct NCR data collection and photo documentation.
