Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a diligent Quality Control Inspector with at least 1 year of experience. You will inspect, test and sample materials, monitor production and ensure specifications are met, reporting any deviations to the team.

The role offers a monthly salary of SGD 2,000–2,600 with AWS, medical and dental coverage and a yearly review. Transport is provided at Boon Lay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Quality control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications
• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions
• Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications
• Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database
• NCR data collections and photos taking
