Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or Engineering; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–2 years QC experience in cosmetics/pharmaceutical/food/skincare.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, HACCP or industry regulations.
• Familiarity with testing instruments and laboratory techniques.
• Root cause analysis tools (5 Why, CAPA) knowledge.
• Meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC inspection team to ensure standards met and non-conforming material is properly handled.
• Pre-inspection of designated goods at warehouse; sample and inspect incoming materials and products.
• Approve batch release of materials and finished products.
• Identify and investigate OOS/NC cases; analyze root causes and monitor corrective actions.
• Liaise with third‑party laboratories for external tests when needed.
• Perform and analyze QC inspection and testing related performance metrics.
• Maintain QC documentation and ensure GMP/ISO compliance throughout processes.
