Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring a QC Specialist to join a regulated manufacturing environment where you’ll work across QC, Engineering and Production to resolve product quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Life Sciences, with at least 3 years of QC experience in a regulated setting, and knowledge of ISO 13485 / MDSAP and GLP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience in QC laboratory processes, process validation and non-conformance investigations.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 / MDSAP and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Lean / Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of product quality issues with Production, Engineering and Supplier Quality teams.
• Review and close internal and supplier non-conformances.
• Monitor QC test results and identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
• Support customer complaint investigations and failure analysis.
• Manage QC laboratory activities, equipment and testing processes.
• Support process validation and ensure QC requirements are met.
