Job summary

MFB PRODUCTS ASIA PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to lead inspections of finished goods and incoming materials.

The role focuses on resolving quality issues, training the QA team, and driving process improvements to meet standards.

You will also prepare QA/QC plans, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and compliance with local standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspections and assessments of finished products prior to shipment and incoming raw materials.
• Resolve quality-related issues within the required timelines.
• Provide training and guidance to the Quality Assurance team.
• Recommend improvements to production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Guide the production team on quality control requirements and issues to enhance product quality.

• Evaluate whether corrective actions are appropriate and effectively implemented.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Support site preparation and coordination, including preparation of submission documents.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site.
• Understand and apply relevant Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice.

$3,000 – $3,200 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
