Job summary

L.S. Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QC professional to implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures across construction sites in Singapore. You will conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship, and identify quality defects.

The role includes preparing QA/QC reports and supporting quality assessments, including CONQUAS where applicable. Responsibilities also cover coordinating monthly client/JTC inspections, managing NCRs with subcontractors, and liaising with project teams to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in QA/QC with a main contractor in Singapore.
• Knowledge of BCA CONQUAS and ISO 9001 standards will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction workmanship and identify quality defects or non-conformances.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection checklists, reports, records and relevant QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate and prepare for monthly client/JTC quality inspections and audits, including follow-up on inspection findings.
• Issue and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors and verify rectification works.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in developing Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality improvement measures.
• Prepare regular QA/QC reports and support project quality assessments, including CONQUAS where applicable.
