Job summary

Lonza Singapore is seeking a QC-Analyst to perform timely testing and analysis of in-process and final product samples in accordance with SOPs and cGMP. You will document results, support lab operations, sample logistics, and analytical methods (HPLC, spectroscopy) while contributing to continuous improvement.

The role covers method transfers, validation, equipment qualification, assay trend analysis, and general lab support including inventory and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant Chemistry, Science field or Equivalent.
• Relevant lab experience in biotech or related field.
• Good understanding of HPLC and Empower software.
• Provide support in HPLC equipment maintenance and qualification.
• Understanding and execution of spectroscopy and other chromatographic/physicochemical methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely testing/analysis of in-process and final product samples per SOPs and cGMP.
• Document results with data integrity and traceability.
• Support lab operations, sample logistics, and analytical methods.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in method transfers/validation.
• Involve in equipment qualification and QC standards/reagents selection.
• General lab support including housekeeping, inventory, and supplies management.
