Job summary
Lonza is seeking a QC-Analyst to perform timely testing and analysis of in-process and final product samples in line with SOPs and cGMP. You will support lab operations, sample logistics, and analytical methods including HPLC and spectroscopy, contributing to continuous improvement and data integrity.
You will document results according to cGMP, troubleshoot methods, participate in method transfers and validation, and assist in QC equipment qualification while supporting overall lab readiness.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Chemistry or related Science field.
- Lab experience in biotech or related field preferred.
- Solid understanding of HPLC and Empower software.
- Familiar with CE, TOC, Osmolality and protein concentration methods.
Responsibilities
- Perform timely testing and analysis of in-process and final product samples.
- Document results in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
- Support lab operations, sample logistics, and analytical methods.
- Troubleshoot analytical methods and assist equipment qualification.
- Contribute to method transfers and validation activities.
- Provide general lab support and manage supplies.
