Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company in Singapore is seeking a QA Technical Specialist (Technical Leader) to drive quality and compliance across products and processes. You will lead technical quality initiatives, mentor team members, and guide investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints.

You will develop and review SOPs, participate in audits with Manufacturing, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance within the quality system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Drive investigations for non-conformances, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, review, and approve quality documentation, including SOPs, specifications, validation protocols, and technical reports.
• Participate in and lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance within the quality system.

Job Summary

The QA Technical Specialist (Technical Leader) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Becton Dickinson Medical (S) Pte. Ltd.'s products and processes. This position involves leading technical quality initiatives, providing expert guidance on complex quality issues, and driving continuous improvement within the quality management system.

Job Responsibilities
