Becton Dickinson Medical (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA Technical Specialist (Technical Leader) in Singapore to lead technical quality initiatives, guide complex quality issues, and drive continuous improvement within the quality management system.

The role focuses on mentoring the QA team, leading investigations, developing SOPs and reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance across manufacturing processes at the Tuas Plant with a typical production shift 0700-1600.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor junior QA team members.
• Drive investigations for non-conformances and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing CAPA.
• Develop, review, and approve quality documentation, including SOPs, specifications, validation protocols, and technical reports.
• Participate in and lead internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance within the quality system.
