Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or higher.
• Eligibility: Singaporeans and PRs welcome.
• 6-month renewable contract based on performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies across content formats.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to review eLearning courses, videos, audio recordings, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• eLearning QA/QC: Review eLearning courses against approved storyboards for content accuracy, functionality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Video QA/QC: Check videos against approved storyboards and scripts, including visuals, subtitles, narration synchronisation, timing, and overall quality.
• English Transcription QA: Verify transcripts against original audio/video recordings for accuracy, spelling, grammar, speaker identification, timestamps, and formatting.
• Project Management Support: Assist the Project Managers with quality checks, style guide/checklist documentation, issue tracking, and follow-up on corrections to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables.
