Job summary

You will implement quality assurance activities, identify deficiencies, certify products, and raise alerts when needed, driving continuous quality improvements across bids and projects. The role emphasizes ownership of quality by all areas, reduction of quality risks, and balancing cost and schedule constraints while ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Audit qualifications or experience desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering with systems and software development awareness.
• Experience in quality management for complex or safety-critical projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer feedback ensuring corrective and preventive actions are developed and implemented.
• Build customer confidence by maintaining direct links with Customer's Quality managers and resolving problems promptly.
• Ensure Customer needs are understood and define the required quality standard.
• Assure quality throughout the Bids and Project lifecycle.
• Maintain close relationships with stakeholders and Quality functions across entities to align quality objectives.
• Attend and participate in bids and project meetings including gates and acceptance reviews.
• Analyze data to identify and mitigate risks.
• Support alert and veto duties and monitor implementation of quality advice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and relevant certifications.
• Conduct internal audits and maturity assessments when required.
• Assist stakeholders in analyzing performance and provide management with a decision-ready overview.
