Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related field.
• At least 5 years of quantity surveying experience in M&E works.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering processes, and local pricing.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
