Job summary

WIDE WINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E coordinator to support quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tender documentation for Mechanical and Electrical works.

You will prepare Bills of Quantities and assist with progress claims and variation orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. You will coordinate drawings with client teams, revise drawings per engineer comments, and ensure compliance with Singapore standards and authority requirements.

Job description

• Perform quantity take-off and cost estimation, tender documents, and bills of Quantities for M&E works.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Coordinate drawings with Client teams
• Revise drawings based on engineer/consultant comments
• Ensure drawings comply with Singapore standards and authority requirements
• Maintain drawing records and version control
• Prepare and update M&E drawings (AutoCAD/Revit)
• Assist project team in coordination and documentation
• Support site progress tracking and variation claims
