Job summary

WATERCRAFT ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager and ensure project performance is observed. You will assist with design calculations, pipe sizing, and equipment selection to meet tender requirements, while producing shop drawings and equipment specifications for approval.

You will liaise with clients, prepare RFIs and RFAs for verification and approval, revise drawings against site conditions, and help prepare schedules and progress claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in project management to monitor performance.
• Involved in design calculations, pipe sizing, equipment selection to meet tender requirements.
• Produce and submit shop drawings and equipment specifications for approval.
• Liaise with clients; prepare and submit all required documents and materials for approval.
• Prepare RFIs (Request for Information) and RFAs (Request for Approval) for verification and clearance.
• Revise drawings and verify against site conditions.
• Prepare project schedule based on Main Contractor's master schedule.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Attend site meetings and resolve site issues with the team to meet client requirements.
• Prepare Hand over Documents and Operation and Maintenance Manual for submission to clients.
• Perform other admin and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Prepare RFIs (Request for Information) for verification with client and submit RFAs (Request for Approval) for clearance
• Revise drawings and check design against actual site conditions
• Prepare project schedule based on Main Contractor’s master schedule
• Prepare and submit progress claims
• Attend site meetings and resolve site issues together with your team to meet clients’ requirements
• Preparation of Handover Documents and Operation and Maintenance Manual for submission to clients
• Any other administrative works and ad-hoc jobs assigned
