Job summary

SINGAPORE EPSON INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a QMS Engineer to maintain and improve its Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001.

The role includes document control, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement. You will work onsite in Singapore, collaborating with manufacturing teams and suppliers to ensure compliance and drive quality initiatives such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, or QMS.
• Experience in manufacturing or electroplating is advantageous.
• Experience in supplier management and product qualification is preferred.
• Auditor experience (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or ISO 14001) is preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Independent, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Company’s Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Support document control, internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and support customer, supplier, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Follow up on audit findings and support CAPA.
• Promote quality awareness and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support environmental, occupational health & safety, emergency response, and information security requirements.
• Monitor changes in relevant standards, regulations, and customer requirements and advise relevant departments accordingly.
• Report significant quality, environmental, safety, or information security issues to management.

• Managedocument control, ensuring QMS documents are properly reviewed, updated, approved, and maintained.
• Plan and conductinternal auditsand support customer, supplier, certification, and regulatory audits.

• Supportcontinuous improvement, E-Kaizen, supplier quality, and product qualificationactivities.

Job Requirements:
