Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is hiring at our Pioneer location for a dairy product professional focused on development, quality and shelf life improvements.

You will coordinate product testing with QC and Setsco, ensure HACCP and food safety compliance, and prepare production documents to support smooth manufacturing. Transport is provided; candidates must be on site in Pioneer, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Develop and improve dairy products, including taste, texture, quality and shelf life.
• Quality & Food Safety: Ensure products and raw materials meet quality, HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Testing Coordination: Arrange product/sample testing with QC and Setsco and follow up on results.
• Production Support: Prepare production documents, spreadsheets and work orders to support smooth production.
• Cost & Inventory: Handle product costing, stock monitoring, raw material availability and communicate updates to management.
