Job description

Industry: Semiconductor / Precision Engineering
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Package: Basic + High OT + 1 Month AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Measurement: Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished semiconductor/precision products with tight tolerances.

• Tool Utilization: Perform visual and dimensional checks using precision measurement equipment, particularly Mitutoyo Quick Vision, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Documentation: Accurately record inspection findings on quality check sheets, ensuring full traceability and proper documentation.

• Issue Resolution: Report non-conformances, investigate defects, and collaborate with Production and QA teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis, assist in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and recommend process improvements.

• Audit Support: Support internal/external audits, customer inspections, and other quality-related assessments.

Requirements

• Education: NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on QC experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using inspection tools. Experience with Mitutoyo Quick Vision programming is highly preferred.
