Job summary

Tet Lee Precision Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced QC Inspector to join our high-precision manufacturing team. You will inspect materials, components, and finished goods with tight tolerances, performing visual and dimensional checks using Mitutoyo Quick Vision and other precision instruments.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or higher in mechanical/manufacturing, at least 5 years of QC experience, and a strong ability to document findings, perform root-cause analysis,

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QC experience in manufacturing/production.
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools, procedures, and measurement equipment (Mitutoyo Quick Vision, gauges, calipers, micrometers).
• Proficient in Mitutoyo Quick Vision programming.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks using precision instruments.
• Record inspection findings and maintain documentation and traceability.
• Report and follow up on defects, non-conformances, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with Production and QA to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Participate in root cause analysis and assist in CAPA implementations.
• Support audits, customer inspections, and other quality assessments.
• Identify recurring quality issues and suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products, including semiconductor or precision components with tight tolerances, to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks using tools such as Mitutoyo Quick Vision, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
• Accurately record inspection findings on quality check sheets and maintain proper documentation and traceability.
• Report and follow up on defects, non-conformances, and any quality issues
• Work closely with Production and QA teams to investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support internal and external audits, customer inspections, and other quality-related assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend processimprovements for continuous enhancement.

Requirement:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 yearsof QC experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Hands-onexperience with inspection tools, procedures, and measurement equipment (MitutoyoQuick Vision, gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Proficient inMitutoyo Quick Vision programming
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and follow standardized procedures
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, production environment, including overtime as needed.
