Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. is seeking a QC Inspector to perform final inspections on surface-treated components located in the East Region (Changi North Crescent). You will verify surface condition, cleanliness, and workmanship defects, and ensure conformance to customer drawings and standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of QC experience, knowledge of inspection tools and measuring instruments, and a willingness to work overtime as needed. Training in NDT/FPI or surface treatment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/ Diploma in a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of QC inspection experience preferred, surface treatment inspection is a plus.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring instruments.
• Training or certification in NDT, FPI or surface treatment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of surface-treated components.
• Verify surface condition, cleanliness, discoloration, stains, scratches, dents, contamination, and workmanship defects.
• Check treatment requirements against customer drawings, specifications, and approved standards.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections when required.
• Identify, segregate, and label non-conforming products with clear defect descriptions and photographic evidence.
• Support Quality Engineers in investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure inspection activities adhere to company quality policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
