Training Period – First 3 Months
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training – Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM
4-Day Work Week
Employees will be assigned to one fixed team:
- Team A: Monday – Thursday
- Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
- Team C: Wednesday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on components and finished products according to established standards.
- Perform visual and functional inspections to identify defects and quality issues.
- Identify, document and report product defects and non-conformities.
- Assist with failure analysis, investigations and quality reporting.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
- Carry out inspections using basic tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the workplace.
- Support quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, QA/QC, Manufacturing or Production.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and on rotating 12-hour shifts.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with inspection tools, such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
- Good attention to detail, organisational and multitasking skills.
- Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Comfortable working at heights when required and able to follow workplace safety requirements.
