Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd invites qualified candidates for the role of Quality Control Inspector. The position focuses on QC for calibration tools, raw materials, in-process and outbound inspections within a global packaging and logistics framework.

Night shifts and weekend work may be required based on operations. The role requires at least a Nitec or higher qualification and minimum 1 year of relevant experience, with ERP/SAP familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality checking of calibration tools used by QC team.
• Perform incoming raw materials, in-process crate inspections, and outbound inspections per customer.
• Perform customer inspections using ERP.
• Assist supervisor to ensure accuracy of QC reports during shift change.
• Perform routine inspections (incoming, in-process, outgoing) per customer specs/drawings.
• Use digital forms (Kizeo) via iPad for inspections.
• Perform Y7 / Y8 under SAP for non-conformance crates.
• Coordinate with OPS packers, admin and logistics coordinators.

Our Client, provides end-to-end solutions, from designing protective packaging to managing international freight, warehousing, and delivery, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position ofQuality Control Inspector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct daily quality checking of calibration tools use by QC team to ensure quality standards

• Perform such as incoming raw materials, in process crate inspections, outbound inspections and others as required by customer

• Perform specific customer inspections using ERP

• Assist the supervisor to ensure the accuracy of the done reports by QC team during shift change

• Perform routine inspections such as incoming, in-process and outgoing based on customer’s specifications and drawings

• Perform inspection using digital forms (Kizeo) via IPAD

• Perform Y7 / Y8 under SAP for Non-conformance crates

• Ability to coordinate and liaise with internal members such as OPS packers, admin and or logistic coordinators

REQUIREMENTS:

• Nitec and above

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Tampines

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days, 8.30AM-5.30PM/ 8.30PM-5.30AM (able to work night shifts/weekends/PH)

• Salary: Gross $4000 higher + Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
