Zusammenfassung

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a QC/quality inspector to perform daily checks on calibration tools, inspect incoming materials, and conduct customer-specific quality checks at Greenwich Drive, Singapore.

The role requires 1 year of warehousing experience and prior QC inspection exposure. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to work overtime on weekdays and weekends. You will coordinate with Operations, Packers and Logistics to ensure accurate inspection

Qualifikationen

• Nitec qualification or above.
• Minimum 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Previous QC inspection experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Overtime on weekdays and weekends may be required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily quality checks on calibration tools used by the QC team to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Perform incoming raw material inspections, in-process crate inspections and outbound inspections according to customer requirements.
• Carry out customer-specific inspections using the ERP system.
• Conduct routine quality inspections based on customer specifications, requirements and technical drawings.
• Record inspection results using digital forms via iPad (Kizeo).
• Perform Y7 / Y8 transactions in SAP for non-conformance crates.
• Assist the supervisor in verifying QC reports and ensuring accurate handover of inspection records during shift changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Packers, Administration and Logistics.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Executive or Manager.

• Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic + Variable Bonus

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
