Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking a quality inspector in Singapore to perform daily calibration instrument checks and product inspections. You will record findings using ERP and digital inspection tools, and manage non-conformance reports with accurate SAP documentation.

Collaborating with operations, administration and logistics teams, you will support supervisors in verifying reports and ensuring smooth shift handovers while maintaining comprehensive records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily calibration instrument quality checks per client specs.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products.

• Assist with shift handovers and liaise with operations, admin, logistics.

• Basic Salary UP $3500
• Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm/8:30am - 5:30pm

Job scope :

• Conduct daily quality checks on calibration instruments and perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products according to client specifications and technical drawings.
• Carry out specialized client inspections and record findings using ERP and digital inspection systems.
• Manage non-conformance reports and maintain accurate documentation within the SAP system.
• Support supervisors in verifying quality control reports and ensuring smooth shift handovers.
• Collaborate with operations, administration, and logistics teams, and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
