Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a Quality Inspector to perform daily quality checks on calibration instruments and inspect products according to client specs and drawings.

You will use ERP and digital inspection systems to record results, handle non-conformance reports in SAP, and collaborate with operations, admin and logistics to uphold quality standards. 5 Day Work Week, Tampines location.

Qualifications

• Daily quality checks on calibration instruments and inspection of products per client specifications.
• Record results using ERP and digital inspection systems.
• Handle non-conformance reports and documentation in SAP.
• Assist in reviewing quality control reports and handovers between shifts.
• Coordinate with operations, administration and logistics to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality checks on calibration instruments and inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products based on client specifications and technical drawings.
• Conduct client-specific inspections and accurately record results using ERP and digital inspection systems.
• Handle non-conformance reports and maintain proper documentation within the SAP system.
• Assist supervisors in reviewing quality control reports and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts.
• Work closely with operations, administration, and logistics teams to support overall quality standards.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

• Basic salary up to $3,500
• Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 8.30 to 5.30
• 5 Day Work
