Job summary

Sourceability is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform unaided microscopic inspections of electronic devices and components in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will prepare reports, maintain quality records, and coordinate QC activities with Receiving, Shipping and Purchasing to ensure compliance with procedures.

The role requires a minimum diploma and at least one year of related QC experience; fresh graduates with relevant training or internships are welcome.

• Knowledge of QC standards, procedures, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform unaided microscopic visual inspections on electronic devices/components.
• Prepare reports and quality records in compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate areas of QC work with Receiving, Shipping and Purchasing.
• Report changes in quality standards (internal and external).
• Utilize measuring and test equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Provide support for other warehouse duties as needed.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To perform unaided and microscopic visual inspections on various electronic devices/components.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination needed to inspect components.
• Prepare reports and quality records in compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate areas of QC work with other department’s work, i.e., receiving, shipping and purchasing.
• Perform receipt inspections of material for work area in conjunction with receiving staff.
• Report as necessary on changes in quality standards (internal and external).
• Utilize measuring and test equipment, as required to ensure accuracy.
• Provided support for other warehouse duties as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc job duties assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum diploma certification.
