Job summary

SUNWAY CONCRETE PRODUCTS (S) PTE LTD is seeking a quality control professional to develop and implement QC procedures for the production of precast components. You will conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, planning inspections, and conducting pre-casting and post-casting quality assessments to ensure products meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within construction or precast manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality standards and testing methods for concrete products.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Liaise with the Design Department to resolve technical queries related to shop drawings and ensure alignment with production requirements.
• Monitor and report on production waste and defective components, and assist in implementing measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain detailed daily casting reports, quality inspection records, HDB inspection reports, and forecasting reports for upcoming production
