No deviation PTE. LTD. is seeking detail-oriented operators to join our GMP-compliant operations team at our Singapore site. The role focuses on performing tasks in line with GMP and SOPs while supporting documentation, housekeeping, and data integrity across the site.

We value meticulous, safety-conscious individuals who can identify issues, report them promptly, and communicate effectively across teams to maintain a compliant and efficient work environment. Shift availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Prior GMP-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs, documentation practices, and data integrity principles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMP/SOP-compliant operational tasks.
• Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with documentation activities including data entry and review
• Support housekeeping and 6S activities to maintain a clean, safe site.
• Participate in required training for assigned tasks.
• Handle materials, components, or equipment per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data and operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our operations team. The successful candidate will perform assigned operational tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while supporting documentation, housekeeping, and data integrity efforts across the site. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to identifying and reporting issues, and effective communication across teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks in accordance with GMP and SOPs


• Identify and report any deviations, non-conformances, or safety concerns in a timely manner


• Support documentation activities such as data entry, document review, and submission of forms


• Assist in routine housekeeping, cleaning, and 6S activities to maintain a compliant and safe work environment


• Participate in training as required for assigned tasks


• Handle materials, components, or equipment as per procedures and safety guidelines


• Uphold data integrity principles in accordance with company policies


• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional personnel


• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data and operations


• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant science, engineering, or related discipline


• Prior experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred


• Familiarity with SOPs, documentation practices, and data integrity principles


• Good communication and teamwork skills


• Willingness to work shift schedules, if required


• Meticulous, safety-conscious, and able to follow procedures accurately
