Job summary

No deviation Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dynamic engineer to provide technical support, drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization while supporting maintenance documentation and project activities.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, and SMEs to implement improvements, deploy digital tools, and develop data systems to track equipment and system performance. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, and SMEs to identify and implement process improvements.
• Evaluate and deploy digital tools to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Develop data management systems and visualizations for equipment and system performance.
• Support new technology introduction, improvement projects, and EIO package preparation.
• Act as liaison across teams for SOPs, Work Orders, Job Plans, and documentation updates.
• Review and ensure accuracy of maintenance documentation, signatures, and revisions.
• Participate in GEMBA/system walk-downs and follow up on action items.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
