Job summary

No deviation is a dynamic provider of pharmaceutical services in Singapore, actively supporting biologics manufacturing and NPI activities. We are seeking a Process Engineer with a strong biologics background to optimize Single-Use System–based processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive GMP-compliant improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3–6 years of biologics/biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Single-Use Systems, deviations, change controls, troubleshooting.
• NPI or tech transfer experience is advantageous; solid GMP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Act as Process Engineer for SUS activities and support biologics manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot SUS defects, process issues and decontamination activities.
• Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Own/support manufacturing process changes, single-use systems and NPI activities.
• Support NPI and manufacturing readiness, including process documentation and implementation.
• Provide technical and shop-floor support during manufacturing and NPI.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Engineering and Validation teams.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Process Engineer with a strong biologics manufacturing background to support routine manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Process Engineer for Single-Use System (SUS) activities and support routine biologics manufacturing operations.


• Troubleshoot single-use defects, process issues and decontamination-related activities.


• Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.


• Own/support change controls related to manufacturing processes, single-use systems and NPI activities.


• Support NPI and manufacturing readiness, including process assessments, documentation and implementation of process changes.


• Provide technical and shop-floor support during manufacturing and new product introduction.


• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Engineering and Validation teams.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related discipline.


• 3-6 years of relevant experience in biologics/biopharmaceutical manufacturing.


• Experience with Single-Use Systems, deviations, change controls and troubleshooting.


• NPI or technology transfer experience would be advantageous. Good understanding of GMP manufacturing requirements.
