Job summary

AVA Global Maintenance Services (Pte) Ltd in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to oversee facade quality control on curtain wall projects. You will ensure works comply with method statements, conduct audits, and maintain quality records.

The role requires hands-on site inspection, training, and coordination with project teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree/diploma in engineering, with at least 5 years in facade QC, and familiarity with MS Projects, Office, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Familiar with Curtain Wall System.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facade.
• Knowledge of MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks on structural, architectural or material/work in steel, extrusion, metal (mild steel / stainless steel / aluminium), glass and aluminium sheet.
• Coordinate on quality matters with project team
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure works are in compliance with method statements and proper sequence of work
• Ensure all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained
• Assist in yearly ISO audit
• Prepare Quality Control Plan, procedures, and QA/QC reports
• Conduct periodic training for site personnel and subcontractor's workers
• Identify, feedback and provide corrective actions in areas of quality control and quality standards
• Ensure legal obligations are followed and compliance with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines
• Document QA/QC activities and create audit reports
