Job summary

Aurora Asia invites a QA Inspector to join our Tuas site in Singapore. You will set up inspection sheets, check raw materials, and perform final checks to ensure compliance with licensor and customer requirements.

The role requires at least 2 years in related field, familiarity with measuring instruments, and knowledge of API specifications is preferred. We offer a 5-day work week, with overtime pay and annual/medical leave plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Prefers API specs knowledge.
• Familiar with measuring instruments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in hardness check, mills cert verification, and VTI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare inspection sheets and procedures for gauges.
• Check incoming raw materials, customer-supplied materials, subcontracted operations, and instruments.
• Perform final checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet licensor's and customer's requirements.
• Conduct internal process audits.
• Report discrepancies through Non-Conformance/Incident Reports.
• Ensure work follows documented procedures.
