Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a QA Technician for a pharma MNC in the West, on a 1-year training-provided contract. The role focuses on reviewing GxP records to ensure specifications are met and deviations are investigated for batch release across Compounding, Filling and Packaging.

You will perform quality walkdowns in cleanrooms, administer GxP records in Learning and Document Management Systems, issue Manufacturing Batch Records, coordinate label printing, and support LIMS activities

QA Technician (1 year/PHARMA MNC) - Training Provided/West #HAO

Salary: up to $3200
Duration: 1 year

Working Days & Hours: Mon to Friday (including PH)

3 shifts (8 hrs each)

Location: Tuas (islandwide company pickup)

Job Description:

Review GxP records for critical manufacturing process steps to ensure specifications are met and that exceptions, deviations, and critical alarms are appropriately investigated and resolved to support batch release activities for Compounding, Filling, and Packaging.

Perform quality walkdowns in operational areas, including cleanrooms, to provide quality oversight.

Administer GxP records and samples within Learning and Document Management Systems, including distribution, review, approval, archival, and destruction of quality documents and retention samples in accordance with established retention requirements.

Issue Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), coordinate label printing activities, and support LIMS activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with production schedules, where applicable.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation initiatives to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

Support achievement of quality objectives and ensure compliance with Alcon's Quality Management System and Safety requirements.

Conduct and support customer complaint investigations, monitor and trend complaint data, identify improvement opportunities, and escalated issues when appropriate.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Perform other duties as assigned in support of Quality Operations.
