Job summary

SRN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to evaluate raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure safety and quality standards. You will perform visual inspections and precision measurements, document findings, and collaborate with engineering and production to rectify faults.

The role involves logging non-conformances, preparing QC reports, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and blueprints. Strong communication with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using QC testing/ measuring instruments to verify materials, components and finished goods.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and document findings.
• Experience communicating faults to colleagues and vendors to ensure corrective action.
• Familiarity with verifying production processes against cgMP, safety regulations and technical blueprints.
• Ability to reject non-conforming items and log non-conformance reports.
• Capability to record test results, track metrics and generate compliance certificates or logs.

Evaluates raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure they meet strict safety, regulatory, and company quality standards.

• Familiar with usage of commonly-used QC testing / measuring instrument
• Visual Inspection
• Able to follow through with colleagues and vendors in a firm manner to ensure quality requirements are upheld and faults rectified
• Perform product inspections, in-process inspections, and Final inspections prior to delivery
• Prepare QC reports
• Communicate in-house and with vendors and products faults, and follow up to ensure rectification
• Check products visually and measure dimensions using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Verify that production processes follow cGMP, safety regulations, and technical blueprints.
• Reject non-conforming items, isolate defective stock, and log non-conformance reports.
• Record test results, track metrics, and generate compliance certificates or logs.
• Work with engineering and production teams to find root causes and fix recurring assembly issues.
