Job summary

IAQ ENGINEERING (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to develop, implement, monitor and maintain project quality systems ensuring works meet specifications, drawings, codes and client and company procedures.

The role coordinates quality activities across engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors and clients through the project lifecycle. You will work with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to achieve quality objectives while

Qualifications

Bachelor/degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction.
Experience managing inspections, quality documentation, and coordination with contractors/clients.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Familiar with quality control procedures and construction standards.
Knowledge of document control and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and implementing the Project Quality Control Plan.
Execute and monitor the Project Quality Control Plan and ITP.
Coordinate inspection activities with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
Prepare quality documentation and inspection records for approvals and sign-offs.
Maintain quality control statistics and reports.
Monitor and follow up on quality issues and non-conformances with contractors.
Prepare project quality dossiers and handover documentation.
Coordinate QA/QC personnel from subcontractors to ensure compliance.
