Job summary

New Season Contractors Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site QA/QC professional to coordinate daily inspections, ITPs, and testing on construction sites. You will verify activity compliance with drawings and standards, and lead audits to ensure quality control across processes.

You will maintain quality records, manage calibration certificates and submittals, and issue or close non-conformance reports as needed. Hold points are enforced to prevent deviations from approved specifications.

• Coordinate daily site inspections, ITPs, and material testing.
• Verify site activities align with codes, standards and drawings; lead quality audits.
• Manage quality records, calibration certs, submittals; issue/close Non-Conformance Reports.
• Verify drawing revisions, set lines/levels, check rebar spacing/cover, inspect formwork.
• Enforce hold points and stop work if deviations from specs occur.
• Monitor concrete vibration, curing, plaster thickness, waterproofing tests.

Job description

Coordinate daily site inspections, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and non-destructive or material testing.
Verify that site activities match engineering codes, standards, and approved drawings; lead internal/external quality audits
Manage quality records, calibration certificates, and material submittals, and issue or close Non-Conformance Reports
Verify latest drawing revisions, set lines/levels, check rebar spacing/cover, inspect formwork rigidity, and run concrete slump tests.
Enforce mandatory hold points and stop work if site execution deviates from approved specifications.
Monitor concrete vibration, curing time, brickwork plumb, plaster thickness, and waterproofing tests.
