Job summary

MCC Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QC professional to perform checks on structural, architectural and M&E works, ensuring touch-up readiness for inspections and alignment with method statements.

You will monitor subcontractor performance across trades, prepare QA/QC reports, and assist in QM submissions and ISO audits. A degree related to QA/QC and prior construction experience (condominium projects) are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in QA/QC required.
• Experience in construction industry preferred (condominium projects).
• Good knowledge of QA/QC processes and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks on structural, architectural and M&E works to ensure touch-up readiness for inspections.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works comply with method statements and BCA Good Industry Practice.
• Monitor subcontractor performance across trades and ensure defects are rectified.
• Prepare QA/QC reports and assist in QM submissions.
• Assist in yearly ISO audits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
• Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance withmethod statements (in accordance to BCA's Good Industry Practice)
• Monitor the performance of subcontractor workers for all trades and ensure any defects are properly rectified
• Prepare relevant QA/QC reports
• Assist in preparing for QM submissions
• Assist in yearly ISO audits

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree related to QA/QC knowledge
• Prior experience related to construction industry (Condominium projects etc.)
