Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA/QC procedures comply with the Quality Management System.
• Develop SOPs, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists.
• Inspect materials on site to verify specifications and quality.
• Identify priorities for quality improvement and set performance metrics.
• Support QA/QC Manager to meet client and certification requirements.
• Coordinate inspections/testing with project team to meet contract specs.
• Assess subcontractors’ and suppliers’ QA arrangements for compliance.
• Conduct audits to implement QC procedures across projects.
• Maintain and file NCRs and CAPA reports; submit QA records on time.
• Prepare and submit monthly quality reports to clients.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of work complies with the Quality Management System, including developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists.

• Inspect materials on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.

• Identify priorities for quality improvement, establish performance metrics, and lead the development and implementation of quality standards.

• Assist the QA/QC Manager in managing the quality aspects of project operations to meet client requirements, Company requirements, and applicable certification standards.

• Coordinate with the project team to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and the quality of work meets contractual and client requirements.

• Assess subcontractors’ and suppliers’ QA arrangements for compliance with contractual requirements.

• Ensure QC procedures are implemented across projects through audits and reporting against the applicable quality plans and related documents.

• Maintain and file Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Action Reports.

• Ensure all QA/QC records are properly maintained and submitted to clients within the required timelines.

• Prepare and submit monthly quality reports to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
