Qualifications

• In Singapore, minimum 6–8 years in a QA/QC governance or compliance role.
• Proven track record building corporate internal audit teams and training programs.
• Direct exposure to M&E building solution projects is highly valued.
• Deep regulatory knowledge of Singapore building regs and modern labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead ISO governance, internal audits, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Oversee IMS alignment with Annex SL across multiple ISO standards.
• Implement and maintain ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO37001 into IMS.
• Structure annual internal audit master plan across offices and sites.
• Standardize CAPA framework and close NCRs across projects.
• Lead group HR & social compliance oversight and ethics governance.
