Job summary

IoTalents Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced QA Manager / Senior QA Lead to establish and govern the organization's Quality Assurance framework across projects and technologies.

You will define QA policies, standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure delivery quality and audit readiness. Lead QA governance initiatives, mentor teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with PMO, Development, Business, and Architecture to elevate overall delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10-12+ years in Software Quality Assurance or Testing, with 3+ years in leadership/quality management.
• Proven experience establishing QA standards, processes, and audit frameworks.
• Strong SDLC/STLC, Agile methods, and quality management principles.
• Experience with test automation and enterprise applications.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager / Senior QA Lead to establish and govern the organization’s Quality Assurance framework across projects and technologies.

The QA Manager will define QA policies, standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery quality across the organization. The role will also lead quality governance initiatives, conduct QA audits, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide QA policies, standards, processes, and templates.
• Establish common testing methodologies and quality gates across projects.
• Develop QA metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure quality performance.
• Promote QA best practices and drive a quality-focused culture across the organization.
• Conduct periodic QA audits to assess compliance with established standards.
• Review project deliverables, test artifacts, defect management, and release readiness.
• Identify quality risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor QA teams and promote knowledge sharing across projects.
• Drive process improvements, test automation adoption, and QA transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with PMO, Development, Business, and Architecture teams to improve overall delivery quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership, governance, or quality management role.
• Proven experience in establishing QA standards, processes, and audit frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and quality management principles.
• Experience with test automation, integration testing, and enterprise applications.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must be available to start immediately and open to a short-term assignment.
• The contract is subject to renewal, depending on business requirements.
