Givaudan Singapore Pte Ltd invites you to join its Quality Assurance team as a desk-based QA Intern. You will support documentation, data collection, and reporting activities aligned with the QA function, with no lab work required.

This internship is credit-bearing, suitable for Diploma or Undergraduate students in chemistry, biochemistry, or biotechnology, and reports to the Quality Assurance Manager on site at Pioneer Turn.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Undergraduate in Chemistry, Biochem, Biotech, or related field.
• internship must be credit bearing/school requirement.
• Desk-based role with no laboratory work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QMS documentation is generated, maintained, stored and archived.
• Collect quality metrics (complaint data, non-conformance data, MOC) and report.
• Run reports with key statistics for QA and QMS performance.
• Follow up on audit findings and maintain local documents in Opentext.
• Support QA data tasks: customer questionnaires, complaints, halal list updates, environmental data.
• Assist in CI efforts and daily meetings with QA team.
