Job summary

CYBERBOT (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced QA Tester/Engineer to review software and develop effective testing strategies and plans.

You will perform manual tests, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, and ensure readiness before deployment to live environments. The role involves collaborating with development teams and testing for both web and mobile apps to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in quality engineering or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with software teams.
• Analytical approach to troubleshooting and time management.
• Experience testing Web and Mobile (Android/iOS) applications.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and provide inputs to improve quality.
• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Execute manual tests and monitor system functionality.
• Ensure offerings are functional and deliver QA for software products.
• Develop test plans and approaches to identify bugs and exploits.
• Establish rigorous reporting and automated monitoring systems.
• Provide feedback and drive improvements in testing processes.
• Ensure defects are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
