Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore (Tuas) is seeking a QA/QC professional with 3+ years in Oil & Gas to prepare and review QC records, inspect drawings and specifications, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires NDT Level 2 certification and HSE knowledge, with Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on-site work.

You will coordinate inspections, support NCR actions, and help maintain QMS while ensuring compliance with HSE regulations across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration required.
• At least 3 years of quality experience in Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and practices.
• NDT Level 2 certification holder or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain quality control (QC) documents and records.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate customer inspections, incoming and outgoing inspections, calibration, and NDT activities.
• Ensure quality requirements are communicated and implemented effectively.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement, maintain, and improve the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management System.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and support HSE initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams including Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Management to drive continuous improvement.
