Job summary

Premier Hytemp Pte Ltd is seeking a quality assurance professional to help ensure product and process compliance with the QMS in a key quality function role.

The role involves reviewing customer quality documentation, certificates, and deviations, coordinating daily with customers, and supporting both internal and external audits while maintaining KPI data and charts for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering or Quality Assurance is required.
• 1 year of relevant industry experience is required.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and customer quality specifications is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review customer quality documentation requirements and prepare data book and CO C.
• Review material certificates for incoming raw material against customer requirements.
• Prepare quality notes for deviations related to WIP per QMS and obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate with customer representatives on quality activities (Third Party inspections, updates, queries, CAPAs, complaints, ITPs).
• Document storage and preservation per QMS.
• Participate in internal/external audits of systems and processes.
• Maintain quality KPI data and charts; analyze for improvements to meet quality objectives.
• Participate in internal production meetings related to quality documentation matters.

Job description

Key member of quality function team to ensure the compliance of products & processes as per QMS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review of customer quality documentation requirements, prepare data book & issuance of COC.
• Review of material certificates with respect to customer requirements for incoming raw material.
• Prepare quality notes for any deviation requests related to WIP in accordance with QMS / requirements & follow up approval with customer.
• Coordinate with customer representatives on day-to-day activities such as Third Party inspections, quality updates, clarification on quality requirements, corrective action reports, customer complaints, ITP’s etc
• Document storage & preservation as per QMS
• Participate in internal / external audit on systems and processes
• Maintain quality KPI data & graphical charts. Perform analysis for continuous improvements & to achieve set goals / quality objectives.
• Participate in internal production meetings related to quality documentation / requirement matters

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors / Diploma in Engineering / Quality Assurance with minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings & customer quality specifications will be added advantage.
