Job summary

ALIGN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Engineer (PCB) in Singapore East to manage QA procedures, lead root-cause analysis, and ensure conformance to IPC and client requirements. The role focuses on quality control, documentation, audits, and supporting NPI with QA guidance.

The candidate will oversee testing protocols, maintain ISO 9001 records, and act as the primary contact for quality-related customer inquiries, contributing to continual improvement and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as QA engineer.
• Strong knowledge in PWB manufacturing process flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance procedures and act as the main point of contact for customer service accounts to guarantee the regular supply of superior printed wiring boards that satisfy client requirements and industry standards.
• Promote continuous improvement, address customer quality concerns, and maintain adherence to internal and regulatory quality procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
• Serve as the main contact for consumer complaints and questions about quality.
• Organize customer issue resolution through root cause analysis and remedial actions.
• Ensure testing and inspection protocols are followed.
• Monitor product compliance with IPC and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain quality records per QMS and ISO 9001.
• Create and deliver high-quality reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Identify recurring quality problems and lead production-related improvements.
• Encourage application of problem-solving methods.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Ensure readiness for customer and regulatory inspections.
• Guide production teams on quality standards and practices.
• Assist onboarding of new employees with QA training.
• Provide QA feedback and validation to support new product introductions (NPI).

• Manage quality assurance procedures and act as the main point of contact for customer service accounts to guarantee the regular supply of superior printed wiring boards that satisfy client requirements and industry standards.
• In charge of promoting continuous improvement, addressing customer concerns about quality, and maintaining adherence to internal and regulatory quality procedures to promote customer satisfaction and product dependability.
• Serve as the main point of contact for consumer complaints and questions about quality.
• Organize customer issue resolution through root cause analysis and remedial measures.
• Ensure that testing and inspection protocols are adhered to.
• Keep an eye on product compliance with IPC and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain quality records in compliance with internal QMS procedures and ISO 9001.
• Create and deliver high-quality reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Determine persistent quality problems and spearhead efforts to address production concerns.
• Encourage the application of problem-solving techniques.
• Take part in both internal and external audits.
• Assure customer and regulatory inspection preparedness.
• Give production teams direction on quality standards and practices.
• Help with the onboarding of new employees by providing QA-related training.
• Provide quality feedback and validation to support the introduction of new products (NPI).
