Job summary

KOPI RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure quality across the project lifecycle, from onboarding to cutover and production readiness.

You will author test specifications, lead SIT across multiple tracks, support UAT with business stakeholders, and coordinate defect tracking and resolution with development teams to ensure timely quality gates.

The role requires collaboration in an Agile environment and a proactive approach to stabilisation after go-live.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software QA or testing roles.
• Experience authoring test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Familiarity with SIT and UAT processes in government or enterprise environments.
• Experience with test management tools and Agile/Scrum practices.

Cross-Track– Project Governance, SIT, UAT & Cutover

The QA Engineer will provide quality assurance support across all tracks from onboarding through to project cutover, working alongside the internal project manager and team lead. This includes authoring test specifications, leading SIT, supporting UAT, and validating cutover readiness.
