HU LEE IMPEX PTE LTD is seeking a Quality Systems professional to develop, control and continuously improve HACCP/food safety management systems across the organization. You will maintain SOPs, oversee internal audits, and support external accreditation efforts.

Responsibilities include coordinating with departments for corrective actions, labeling design reviews, stock and sticker orders, and preparing reports for management.

Competenze

• Diploma or above in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Alternate Saturday off (as per company policy).

Mansioni

• Develop, control and continuously improve the Management Systems (MS) such as HACCP / Food Safety in line with company requirements and support divisions in quality issues.
• Maintain and update procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Oversee internal audits and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Assist in preparations for customer audits and external accreditation (e.g., HACCP).
• Develop effective non-conformance and corrective action loops to prevent recurrence.
• Conceptualize and design labels or pamphlets using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Ensure label & carton design compliance with the Sales of Food Act.
• Order stickers with HL & CG department and coordinate stock levels.
• Prepare corporate brochures.
• Handle online correspondence with government bodies (SPRING Singapore, IE Singapore) on initiatives and incentive programs.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management and sales team.
• Take minutes for internal and external meetings.
